Music: Please feel free to add any music that is important to you. No list is too long or too short. All we ask is that you be specific in your music selection, genre and censorship needs. We are limited to the music we have unless you make these requests prior to the event. Most music we will obtain if we do not already have it but we do not guarantee that we will obtain everything on your request sheet. However, the more information and suggestions you do give us will help in making sure that we put together the perfect playlist for your event.
Additional Music
At the end of the evening our performer will be responsible for letting the guests know it is time to go and will do so according to schedule. After this announcement and the final song is played the performer will then discontinue playing anymore music and begin to clean up their gear. If any additional time is needed this will have to be negotiated with the performer prior to the final song. An over-time charge will occur.
Please fill out the planner in a timely manner to ensure all details are reviewed and discussed prior to your reception. The more time we have to review your information and gather your music, the better chance we have of a great performance.
In order to make your event successful, we ask that the balance of our fee be paid prior to the start of your reception.
